How to set up TXT record

You need to make sure that you are the owner of the domain name. After servermx has verified your ownership you will be able to manage mailboxes. To achieve this you need to add a TXT record on your DNS control panel.

To do this you have to follow these steps:

  1. Login in to your DNS control panel.
  2. Locate the option to add TXT record.
  3. Left blank (or "@") the Name/Host TXT.
  4. Add the servermx_txt value on the content field. Your dedicated servermx_txt value (servermx.com.********************************) can be copied from the instruction page.
  5. The TTL (Time To Live) is the time this record is valid, so provide the lowest possible value.
  6. Select 'Save Zone File' or 'Save' or 'Add Records' to save the changes.
