Advanced Spam/Virus Protection

With roundcube you will be able to configure your preferences in spam/filter sections
You have full control of SpamAssassin settings. You can set where to put spam messages and when remove them from the Junk folder.

click on "Settings"

select "Spam"

There is available a field which specify how to treat spam messages.

Possible values for this field are:
empty = when this field is empty spam is moved in the Junk folder and never purged (spam is not moved to the Junk folder when Sieve filters are present);
no = spam is not moved in the Junk folder;
[number of days] = spam is moved in the Junk folder and is purged after this number of days(*). if you set "0" every day Junk folder is emptied (spam is not moved to the Junk folder when Sieve filters are present);
(*) The purged messages are identified by the date given by the IMAP server and not the date of the message you can see from your client.

For example, if you put "10" all messages in the Junk folder saved before 10 days are removed.
